Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site with no authority over a government office. It stores no official jail, release, inmate, or court records. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a court or records document for a visitor.

The site points readers toward Beaver County records sources, Utah corrections systems, federal resources, and independent research tools. A link or tool does not turn its information into an official site record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use of the site and its connected resources.

• Do not use the site while violating any applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.

No Consumer Reporting Service

Beaver County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not issue background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners provides screening services. By using the site, you agree not to use its information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose controlled by the FCRA.

Independent Websites and Tools

Links may lead to Beaver County release records, sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid sources, federal locators, and outside search services. We do not endorse or control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms. Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site, its owners, and its content partners harmless from claims, losses, obligations, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Site text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Beaver County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit that material without prior written permission from the rights holder.

Ending or Limiting Access

Utah Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Utah.

Severing an Invalid Term

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
