Beaver Parole Versus Probation
Utah separates the office that decides parole from the office that supervises it. The Board of Pardons and Parole sets prison parole dates, may terminate sentences, and handles specified violation decisions. UDC Adult Probation and Parole supervises parolees for the Board and probationers for district courts.
Probation can follow jail time, a suspended prison sentence, or no prison stay at all. A UDC result labeled “Probationer” confirms current supervision, but it does not prove release from Utah prison. A result labeled “Parolee” supports the fact that prison custody ended and supervision began. Neither label alone gives the full movement history.

Verify Beaver Post-Release Supervision
Use UDC search as the public starting point, but do not stop there. The tool is limited to people currently under UDC supervision. A fully discharged person may be absent, while an ordinary Beaver pretrial detainee will not belong in the tool at all.
- Search the UDC Offender Search by UDC number or by name and compare identifiers.
- Read legal status. Distinguish “Parolee,” “Probationer,” and “Inmate.”
- For parole, search the Board's combined hearings and decisions portal for the controlling order and later changes.
- For probation, review the sentencing judgment and later court orders in the correct case.
- Contact Region 5 when local verification is needed and accept limits on what staff may disclose.
Release is not discharge. A person may be out of prison or jail while still subject to parole, probation, monitoring, or another court condition.
The Beaver County release search supplies the separate county-jail movement route. Use it when the question is whether the person left BCCF, rather than whether supervision exists now.
Region 5 Serves Beaver
No Beaver-city AP&P office is listed. The official UDC probation and parole directory assigns Beaver, Garfield, and Iron Counties to Region 5's Cedar City office. That office is the local supervision route, not a jail, prison, or public walk-in release ledger.

No official standalone public agent or case lookup was found. Ask a narrow status question and provide the UDC number or court case when known. Staff may not disclose protected details, conditions, schedules, or safety information. A disclosure limit is not proof that supervision ended.
Beaver Parole Board Records
The Board's combined search accepts first and last name, offender number, or a date range. Name search checks known aliases. The date range can return upcoming hearings or earlier decisions, and pop-ups must be enabled to view results.
Board outcomes can include an original hearing, parole date, rehearing date, sentence expiration or termination, paper review, special attention, redetermination, violation hearing, evidentiary hearing, or rescission. A future parole date does not prove departure. Residence approval or a later rescission may delay or cancel release before it occurs.

To prove actual release, pair the decision with changed UDC legal status and VINE or a custody-movement record. To prove full discharge, seek the termination or expiration record.
Beaver Warrants and Absconders
AP&P describes agents requesting warrants when a person absconds and fugitive teams seeking apprehension. An absconder is a supervised person whose whereabouts or compliance has broken down under the agency's process. It is not another word for discharged. A parole-violation warrant may lead to a return to prison.
The Board may dismiss an allegation, recall a warrant and reinstate parole, send a matter to an evidentiary hearing, or take another documented action. Do not infer the outcome from an older status or rumor. Find the current UDC legal status and newest Board record, then confirm urgent information with the responsible office.

Beaver Electronic Monitoring Status
Beaver County documents electronic monitoring for pretrial defendants, sentenced probationers, and adult parolees. This creates a status between secure detention and unconditional discharge. The person can live outside the jail while remaining bound by a court, parole, probation, or program order.
The county provides an intake form and tells participants to call Corrections at 435-438-6497 for an appointment. It does not publish a participant search. Verify monitoring through the court and supervision record, not through the 30-day booking display. A prior form listed a rate, but charges can change and should be confirmed with Corrections rather than used as proof of anyone's status.
Note: Electronic monitoring can involve a released person, but it does not by itself show parole, probation, or sentence discharge.
Property After Beaver Release
The Beaver Sheriff's property page permits an inmate to release property by mail or during visiting through a transaction form. It does not state the final-release pickup desk, deadline, exit point, or after-hours process. Call Corrections for the actual handoff rather than assuming visiting rules apply.
Property release also does not identify the person's legal supervision status. Use the BCCF movement for the custody exit, UDC or the court for parole or probation, and Region 5 for current local supervision. Keeping those records separate avoids treating a routine property transaction as evidence of discharge.
Under Utah law, many people paroled after December 31, 2018 generally remain on parole through the maximum-sentence expiration unless the Board terminates earlier under applicable rules. The physical prison release date and the later sentence end are therefore distinct milestones.
Utah VINE adds a near-term status signal. State notification events can include a parole release date in advance, release, movement to a county jail, movement between state sites, and placement at a community correctional center. A VINE alert should be matched with UDC status and the Board order. The alert does not establish the final end of supervision.
A limited group may also appear in Utah's official offender registry after supervision ends. Registration is based on specific law and can outlast parole or probation. It is not a general released-person search, and its presence or absence cannot answer whether someone else is supervised. Beaver's local registry role and Region 5's AP&P role must remain distinct.
Supervision ends only through the governing court, Board, sentence, or agency record. Ask for the effective termination or expiration date when the difference between community release and final discharge matters.
Beaver Supervision Conditions and End
Conditions are the rules attached to parole or probation. The exact terms come from the Board order, court judgment, and supervision documents, not from a general web summary. At a high level, a condition may require reporting, approved residence, compliance with court orders, or program participation. Only the controlling record shows what applies to one person.
A suspected violation does not by itself state the final outcome. AP&P can seek a warrant, and the Board can use violation or evidentiary proceedings. The allegation may be dismissed, a warrant may be recalled, parole may be reinstated, or the Board may take another documented action. Read the newest decision before describing status.
Supervision ends through the legal authority that controls it. For parole, find a Board termination or sentence expiration and the corresponding UDC status history. For probation, find the court's completion or termination order. Region 5 can serve as the local verification route, subject to disclosure limits, but its Cedar City address does not make it the custodian of every court record.
Beaver VINE Supervision Signals
VINE is strongest for custody and notification events. A state alert may announce a parole date before release, actual release, a move to a county jail, or a move to a community correctional center. That event can help establish the transition from prison, while the Board and AP&P records define the supervision.
Register through VINELink or call 1-877-884-8463. Telephone notices use a four-digit PIN, and UDC says calls may repeat hourly for up to 48 hours until the correct PIN confirms receipt. Do not treat the end of those calls as evidence that parole ended. Final discharge is a separate legal milestone.
