Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term typed into a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Beaver County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy applies to the information it receives.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Privacy Beyond This Site
Links lead to Beaver County records pages, Utah Department of Corrections resources, government portals, courts, VINE, and independent search tools. After a visitor follows a link, the destination's privacy terms govern its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and tailor ads. That tracking occurs under the partner's practices, not as a Beaver County Released Inmates record.
Parties Receiving Information
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to these parties when needed for the described functions:
- Search partners that process a submitted query.
- Analytics providers that measure site performance and use.
- Advertising networks that deliver or measure ads.
- Law enforcement or another government body acting under a valid legal order.
Reasonable Security Measures
We use customary safeguards intended to protect information in our control. No website, network, or Internet transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot promise that a breach, interception, or unauthorized access will never occur.
Visitors Younger Than 18
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, use the Contacts page to request deletion.
Available Privacy Choices
Depending on the information and applicable law, a visitor may make the following requests.
- Ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Ask us to erase information where the request applies.
- Opt out of certain processing when that choice is available.
We may need enough information to verify and complete a request. Third-party providers must handle requests concerning data stored on their systems.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this privacy notice as the site or applicable practices change. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted here with an updated effective date.
